Tom Hill
Chairman of the Board






Tom Hill is the Chairman of the Board of Kimray.

Tom began his career at Kimray in 1971 after seven years in the United States Marine Corps including a tour in Viet Nam as a Radar Intercept Officer in F4-B Phantom jets and then earning a B.S.E.E. from Oklahoma State University. Upon graduation from Oklahoma State University he received the St. Pats Award, the highest honorary recognition in the College of Engineering, and the Outstanding Electrical Engineer Award.

Tom holds a patent: Apparatus for Integration of Fluid Dilution Curves, 1978, for a method of determining blood flow using thermodilution and electrical analysis of the thermodilution curve.

Tom is the Founder and President of Character First! and the Character Training Institute, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing materials and training for families, schools, businesses, and other organizations interested in building good character. He is a regularly invited speaker on character and ethics in business.

Character First! began at Kimray with a desire to help all employees be successful. Since all lasting achievement is rooted in good character, encouraging and building good character helps individuals and families reach their full potential. Successful families lead to successful businesses, communities, and even countries.

Since its inception in 1992, over 2000 businesses, 1800 school districts, and 350 communities in the United States and twenty-eight foreign countries have implemented this new paradigm for personal growth.

Tom has served as trustee or board member for numerous organizations including Oklahoma Baptist University, the Institute in Basic Life Principles, Scope Ministries International, and Oklahoma City YMCA. Tom was named the Oklahoma Central Baptist Association Christian Citizen of the Year in 1998, received the CBMC Salt and Light Award in 2002, and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws from Oklahoma Christian University in 2005.

Tom and his wife Kay are active members of Western Hills Church in Oklahoma City where Tom is an Elder. They have been married since 1963, and have three married children and twenty grandchildren.





Thomas A. Hill
President







Thomas A. Hill is President of Kimray, Inc.

Thomas began his career at Kimray in 1985 after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been married to his wife, Rebecca since 1986. They have 6 children: Thomas Austin IV (14), Jackson Riley (12), Harrison Carter (10), Grace Ann (8), Preston Garrett (6), and Christian Kimmell (4).

Thomas is the founder and president of several running events including the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon, the Redman Triathlon, and the Mother Road 100. He is also the founder and co-founder of two running organizations, the Great Plains Race Syndicate and the Triathlon Club of Oklahoma City, respectively.

Thomas enjoys his family, running, graphic design, and being at Kimray. He has completed 32 marathons, an ironman race, and a 100 mile road race. His personal goal is to never become complacent.





David K. Hill
Chief Executive Officer &
Vice-Chair of the Board






David K. Hill is Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at Kimray, Inc.

David began his current career at Kimray in 1993. He attended OSU before graduating from the Advanced Training Institute in Chicago, IL with a degree in International Business.

David was appointed to the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission in 1998, where he served six years.

David is an accomplished runner, having completed over twenty marathons and is a founder the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon.

David and his wife Shannon have been married since 1993 and have 6 children.

In 2004 he founded Providence Hall, a private school providing classical Christian education to the North Oklahoma City metropolitan area.


Thomas McCormick
Secretary of the Board &
Vice President of Materials





Tom McCormick is the Vice President of Materials, and Secretary of the Board of Kimray.

Tom has been with Kimray since 1982. His prior experience includes working in research and development for NATCO Chemical, Tretolite Inc, and Shell. His international work experience includes China, Iran, Egypt, Venezuela, and Mexico. Tom earned a BA in Chemistry from Oklahoma State University in 1963, and went on to complete an MS in Chemistry at Kansas State University.

Tom holds a patent: Paraffin removal from lease tanks, tubing, and oil and gas pipe lines.

Tom has been active in many professional organizations; currently he is a member of the American Association of Mechanical Engineers and the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association. He has been a Kiwanis member since 1982, serving on the Benevolence Committee and as a past board member.

Tom and his wife Betty attend First Presbyterian Church in Edmond, OK, where Tom is an Elder. They have 2 children, and 3 grandchildren.




Bob Cole
Chief Financial Officer &
Treasurer of the Board

Bob Cole is the Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the Board of Kimray, Inc.

Bob has been with Kimray since October of 2008.
His prior experience includes Harold's Stores in Norman, OK from 1993-2008, and Tenneco Gas in Houston, TX from 1988-1993. Bob earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Oklahoma in 1988.

Bob and his wife Cindy have been married since 1988 and have nine children. He and his wife home educate their children and have been members of the Norman Area Home Educators since 1996. Bob enjoys spending time with his family, camping, golfing, backyard football and going on dates with his wife.

Bob is a member of Capitol Hill Baptist Church of Oklahoma City where he co-teaches a family Sunday school class. He is also a member of the Oklahoma City Kiwanis Club.
