Kimray recently launched a company-wide wellness program designed to enhance the healthy options available to employees with the overall goal of creating a healthier workplace. Kimray wellness coordinator Michael O'Rourke said since the launch that more than 250 employees have participated in various parts of the wellness program.
"The methods we are using at Kimray to help our employees achieve their personal health goals are constantly evolving," said O'Rourke. "The focus is to increase employee morale, productivity and overall health while helping reduce health care costs for both Kimray and the employee." |
