Founded in 1948, Kimray, Inc. manufactures control valves and related equipment for oil and gas producing companies. The company has about 500 employees working at their 180,000 square-foot facility in Oklahoma City. The Metro 50 award ranks the metropolitan area's fastest growing, privately-owned companies for the year based on their percentage of annual growth. Qualified companies are required to have revenues of at least $1 million for 2007. "We have added employee positions every year and our revenue has increased nearly 50 percent in the past two years," said David Hill, vice president of Kimray.
