Kimray recently launched a company-wide wellness program designed to enhance the health options available to employees with the overall goal of creating a healthier workplace.
Kimray has had more than 600 employees and over 150 spouses that have participated in various parts of the wellness program since the program has launched. 100% of them are receiving wellness discounts.
"The methods we are using at Kimray to help our employees achieve their personal health goals are constantly evolving," Michael O'Rourke, Kimray wellness coordinator, said. "The focus is to increase employee morale, productivity and overall health while helping reduce health care costs for both Kimray and the employee."
